Most credit and debit card orders are normally ship within 24 business hours after receipt. Orders are shipped by UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Therefore, please allow 2 to 6 business days for delivery. UPS requires a physical address for delivery. We cannot ship to a PO Box. We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. If an item is out of stock, or is a special order you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.
Mail, Fax orders, and E-Checks are shipped once payment is received, and has cleared. When paying by Check or E-Check through the Paypal payment processing system, shipping will be delayed until we are notified that your Check or E-Check payment has cleared. Normal processing times for Checks or E-Check is from 7 to 10 days. Should you choose to have your order arrive sooner we recommend using your Paypal account or paying by credit card.
Specialty orders that include tools, special painted nails, zip screws, or rivets will be shipped from 2 - 7 days depending upon the item. Large orders weighing 250 pounds or more may be shipped by common carrier and may take from 2 to 5 days to arrive.
These are the shipping choices for online orders shipped within the United States. We ship via UPS. The chart below will give an estimate of the transit time that it will take for your order to arrive. The chart assumes the order is shipped from our location, in Louisville, KY, and shipped UPS ground.
